"We Need Resolution"

Have you had a situation where you had your opinion that other people didn’t agree with about you look at things….not that your wrong or anything… its just people look at things differently by their perspective meanly depends. Like on daily basis at school, home, friends or being in a situation where you and your friend get into an argument that you are waiting for either one of you to apologize.
Here are several ways to deal with conflict-resolution strategies: keep everything rash an smoothly that if you snap it could lead to another, have patience and listen to what this person has to say that way they will acknowledge you, put yourself in other people shoes even if it’s hard to understand where someone is coming from or criticizing you, use the I statement that way they are less defensive, take responsibility: as in even if you started the conflict take action find options to solve the problem and evenly you could learn from mistakes, lastly don’t always s get in.
Making decisions is part of our lives that even if we make the wrong choices we can learn from our mistakes it gives you a chance to change things next time. People as in everyone should solve problems based on what they think is right.

"A Growing Field"

Interesting don't you think so...while i think its very interesting because a person who does something for a living instead of depending on someone. i think ranchers and farmers are the riches people because they can sale crops to other markets to make profits.
To be a farmer you have to do it all: you have to be the farmer ,run your own business, and knoe how to market your crops. Farming is a less job than way of life. You have to have a really strong work ethic to go out there everyday, living where you are working, not taking days off because you're responisble for everything.
You don't have to go to college to be a farmer only if your gonna be doing a degree in farm management or business with a concentration in agriculture.

"Building An E-Portfolio"

Have you ever wanted to get a job and you think of things you have accomplished but when it’s written down on paper it seems that you haven’t done anything at all.
Will Ryan Casey McShane spent his whole career on building a great background in writing and public relations. He wrote a resume but its just didn’t seem enough by his experiences. So he put together an e-portfolio of articles he has written, layouts he designed, and other accomplishes he made that made him proud. Ryan’s portfolio has all his skills and talent abilities just a click of a button better than carrying all those papers around. Its good for any reason any for anyone that are getting a job or for getting in college getting a scholarship, or an internship.
Ha-ha….wow. I would want to try to make an e-portfolio so a can get into college …very interesting. Can maybe land my dream job.

"Caring For Big Guys"

Instead of passion for fashion it should be Passion for animals, health, and science. Horses, cows, and occasional giraffe provide daily on-the-job adventures for large animals’ vets.
In order to be a Larger Animal Veterinarian you have to have: Spent some time with large animals, either by living or working on farm or ranch. If not you have an opportunity for applying for internship, have excellent academic record, Excel in science,
Enjoy working outdoors and don’t mind a little rain, snow, mud, or hot humid weather. Although large animal vets certainly see animal patients in their clinics, most of their work takes place in barns, corrals, fields, or wherever they live. Wrestling a 1,000 pound “animal patient” without hurting yourself or the animal takes strength and Skill. Lastly care and have love for animals …..The cutest thing can be harmful.
Not my animals are cared for they get abused by people that don’t own them. Sometimes some owners can’t afford clinics for their animals so they just leave it be. I care for my animals because I’m a pet lover…it’s so sad that I don’t have a pet anymore.
